Q: This is a big website! With so many products to choose from, how can I find the forklift attachments and accessories I need on your site?
A: There are 3 ways to find what you need fast on forkliftaccessories.com. We recommend starting with the sidebar on the home page. The various categories of forklift accessories, attachments and parts will help you narrow down your search. If you still can’t find what you need, try the search bar at the top of the page. Finally, you can use our Contact form to contact us directly. Experienced members of our warehouse staff will get back to you with the answers you need.
Q: I am looking for forklift parts. Should I buy OEM parts only or are aftermarket parts just as good?
A: OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts can always be trusted because they come from the company that manufactured the forklift parts. When purchasing aftermarket parts, you should be more careful. With 40 years of experience behind us, we know where to source the best aftermarket parts available and will not sell inferior parts.
Q: I’m looking for a hopper for my business, but after looking at all of the hoppers on forkliftaccessories.com, I’m not sure which one is best for my needs. What do you suggest?
A: Our customer representatives have years of experience in the field and have helped hundreds of businesses both large and small with all their materials handling needs. Q: I have found a product I need and the price is right. How much more is shipping going to cost?
A: When you proceed to checkout, you will find an “Estimate Shipping and Tax” form. Simply use the drop down menu to find your state or province (we can ship to some areas outside the continental United States), add your zip code if applicable and our calculator will do the rest. After you get your quote, select your preferred shipping method and update your order.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Your order will be processed by staff at our warehouse during normal business hours and the relevant shipping company contacted to deliver your order ASAP. Delivery times will vary, but we know you don’t want to wait and handle every order as if it is a “rush” order.
Q: You have an extensive list of forklift replacement seats. Should I order by brand or are universal seats just as good?
A: Both brand name and universal forklift replacement seats are equally good value. Find the type of replacement seat you want at the right price point and then check the specifications to make sure it will fit on your forklift.
Q: I want to buy a forklift boom attachment, but am not sure my forklift is designed to use it safely. What shall I do?
A: All forklift attachments should be OSHA approved for the vehicles you are attaching them to. To be sure, you can either contact your forklift manufacturer or contact us and we will be able to help you. We do not want to sell you any forklift attachment that is not safe for use on your forklift.
Q: Our company needs a forklift work platform. Are they safe?
A: Forklift work platforms sold by forkliftaccessories.com are safe for use. They are manufactured to OSHA standards and have safety built into them. Just be sure to buy the right work platform for your needs. If you need a work platform for stockpicking, for instance, purchase a stockpicker work platform.
Q: Can I make a purchase if I am located outside the continental United States?
A: Most certainly! However, you will need to contact us by email or call 217-994-9040 or 1-855-742-0159 and supply your address as well as what you are wishing to purchase. We will then supply a freight quote for your order. Unfortunately, currently we are unable to supply free, flat rate shipping or correctly calculated shipping on our site for customers outside the continental United States. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
