Toyota Materials Handling USA Inc, the maker of the top-quality Toyota Forklifts, recently was presented with the prestigious Most Valuable Supplier (MVS) Award for 2018 by the Material Handling Equipment Distributor’s Association\u00a0(MHEDA).<\/p>\n

It was the third consecutive year that Toyota has won the coveted prize, which recognizes companies that have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to their dealer networks, their employees, and their community.<\/p>\n

ForkliftAccessories.com and Toyota Materials Handling<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bahrns Material Handling, the parent company of ForkliftAccessories.com, is an authorized dealer of Toyota forklifts, in addition to warehouse supplies, packaging supplies, materials handling equipment, janitorial supplies, office supplies, and much, much more.<\/p>\n

Giving Back to Its Dealer Network<\/strong><\/p>\n

In presenting the award, the MHEDA recognized Toyota for the relationships it has built with its dealers, especially the company’s commitment to safety and documenting through a program that “gives back” in the areas of industry advocacy, distributor advocacy, business networking, continuing education, and business best practices.<\/p>\n

Buddy Smith, MHEDA chairman, said Toyota stood out among all the other forklift producers in valuing its dealer network, as well as its customers.<\/p>\n

“MHEDA’s MVS\u00a0winners represent a commitment to excellence in managing their businesses and in providing outstanding support to the distributor,” Smith said in a Toyota\u00a0news release<\/a>. “MHEDA is proud of all the MVS\u00a0winners.”<\/p>\n

president Jeff Rufener said the company was proud to accept the award and will continue to serve its distributors in every way possible.<\/p>\n

“One of our core values is a commitment to continuous improvement in all areas of our business,” Rufener said. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our ongoing dedication to create the best possible experience for every customer, dealer, and associate in the Toyota family.”<\/p>\n

Based in Columbus, Indiana, Toyota Material Handling USA also makes automated guided vehicles, fleet management services, tow tractors, and more. The company has 220 dealer locations throughout\u00a0North America.<\/p>\n

Last year, Toyota Material Handling USA celebrated its 50th year<\/a> of producing the best forklifts and other industrial vehicles in the business. To celebrate, the company invited its dealer network to its corporate headquarters for a special party, the centerpiece of which was a special gold-plated forklift that rolled off the assembly line to a round of cheers.<\/p>\n

The company currently is the top forklift producer in the US, Canada, and Mexico.<\/p>\n
